Abstract

This article is devoted to problems and peculiarities of legal support of collective entities in the form of holdings and corporations in the Russian Federation at the present stage of development. The purpose of the article is to identify problems and peculiarities, analysis and develop proposals for further improvement of legal norms in this field of research.
