Problems and Prospects of Realisation of the Concept “Smart City” in Russia (on the Example of Moscow)

Abstract: The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the possibility of realisation of the concept “Smart city” in Russia. The purpose of the work is to study the problems and prospects of digitalisation of urban management on the example of such a project in Moscow.
