Problems of Gender Inequality in the Scientific Sphere of the Architectural and Construction Industry

Abstract

Тhe paper highlights the problem of gender inequality in science in different historical periods, shows the increasing role of women in research and educational activities in architecture and construction at the present stage, proves the ability of women to hold higher levels of academic hierarchy and research and administrative positions in Ukraine, as well as the competitiveness of women in the labor market in the architectural and construction industry.
