Remote work is a forced measure introduced by employers in order to prevent a viral infection. For employees, there are pluses in remote work - saving time and money on the road and high labour productivity because nothing distracts. There is a separate issue of information security for the employer when organising such a work regime for their employees. Any use of materials is allowed only with a hyperlink. Nowadays, in the realities of distance work, information security is coming first. Employees send all the information online; they use their data and send confidential information. Protection of personal data becomes a crucial point. The article deals with problems of ensuring information security in the field of remote work. The problems of information security during restrictive actions in connection with the coronavirus pandemic and the transfer of personnel to remote work are discussed. The threat of information leaks through remote workers is relatively high since the specialists responsible for the organisation’s information security do not have the opportunity to apply the entire arsenal of technical means and policies, with the help of which security is ensured at workstations in the office. Information leakage will lead to severe problems, so it is essential to consider what means you can use to ensure the company’s information security.

Purpose: This paper analyses challenges and opportunities posed by new non-standard forms of employment. Method: Such employment forms have emerged in response to changes in the labor market and the need for greater flexibility in the workforce. However, they also pose challenges to workers, employers and policymakers, such as the erosion of traditional employment protections and the need to adapt social welfare systems to meet the changing needs of workers. Results and conclusion: This paper argues that these challenges can be addressed through careful policy development that balances the need for flexibility with the need for worker protection. It explores the range of non-standard forms of employment, including part-time work, temporary work, agency work, self-employment and platform work, and the challenges each presents. It also examines the role of social partners, such as trade unions and employer organizations, in negotiating better terms and conditions for non-standard workers. Research implications: The paper identifies several opportunities associated with non-standard forms of employment, such as increased entrepreneurship and innovation, more excellent work-life balance, and the potential for new forms of social protection. Originality/value: This paper comprehensively analyses the challenges and opportunities associated with new non-standard forms of employment. It provides insights for policymakers, employers and workers seeking to navigate the rapidly changing labour market.

Purpose: In the digital age, many employees are pressured to be constantly connected to work through various technological devices. Method: The study analyzes the legal frameworks in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and the United States. The analysis is based on a review of relevant legislation, case law, and scholarly literature. In the procedure of writing the work, such approaches as: analysis, mixture, data review were used. Results and conclusion: The right to disconnect or work offline has emerged as a legal concept that seeks to protect employees from the negative consequences of being constantly connected to work. It has led to a growing concern about the impact of digital technologies on employee well-being and work-life balance. This article compares the legal frameworks governing employees' right to work offline in different countries. The findings suggest that legal frameworks can play an important role in promoting work-life balance and employee well-being and that international cooperation and exchange of best practices may help to develop more effective legal frameworks to address the challenges of the digital age. Research implications: The study highlights the differences and similarities in legal approaches and discusses the implications for employee well-being and productivity. Originality/value: We have to learn the lesson of the pandemic and systematically approach the use of digital opportunities to develop students' competencies. We tested our abilities in difficult conditions, identified weaknesses and became more aware of our values. In this regard, the experience gained by universities is evaluated positively. It will certainly contribute to development.
