The research aims to use progressive test capabilities to identify the capabilities of prospective teachers of Physical Education, who desire to work as teachers in schools of education in all categories. This research was conducted using a descriptive research method and a total sample consisted of 60 experts, including 10 academic experts from the Curriculum and Instruction Department, 10 directors of Physical Education, 10 managers of schools, 5 experts in computer and 25 graduate students. The survey used questionnaires in collecting data. The questionnaire which was designed by the researchers sought to test prospective physical education teacher’s performance with themes such as work under pressure, work amid distractions, speed of decision-making, power of observation, the level of intelligence, memory and concentration and synergies neuromuscular. The most important recommendations for the selection of prospective Physical Education teachers is to use the test proposed computer to learn about the capabilities of the candidates and the possibility of using the programme to develop the capacity of teachers. The urgent task of higher education is to comprehensively prepare future teachers for the implementation of state educational standards (SESs) for primary general, basic general and secondary full education, as well as mastering the requirements of the professional standard ‘teacher’. The key requirements of the SES RK include the formation of subject, meta-subject and personal results of students. The concept of ‘meta-subject learning outcomes’ acts as an undoubted innovation of SES RK, which is still not highlighted enough in the scientific and educational literature. In this regard, the need arises for purposeful general professional and subject-methodological preparation of the future teacher for work on the formation and development of meta-subject results for students, mastering the basic educational programmes of general education. The topic of this article is related to the pressing issues of the meta-subject content of education at a pedagogical university. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical justification of meta-subject matter in scientific research. On the example of the author’s programme of the new variable discipline ‘Meta-subject approach in primary education’, intended for students of the pedagogical direction of training, the basic conditions for the implementation of the meta-subject approach in network interaction with educational institutions are considered. <span lang="EN-US">Technological pedagogical and content knowledge (TPACK) is one of the smart solutions for implementing learning in accordance with the demands of education by integrating technology. The purpose of the study was to analyze the competency level of counselors in Indonesia in terms of age in terms of age, gender, and level of education. The research design used a cross-sectional survey in a non-experimental quantitative study. Respondents in this study amounted to 420 counselors in Indonesia obtained by using a proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire technological pedagogy content knowledge test for counselors (TPACK-TFC). The results of the study found that the TPACK was owned by counselors with an average score of 46.78 in the low category. Judging from the aspect of technology knowledge (TK), a score of 59.88 was obtained in the medium category, content knowledge (CK), pedagogical knowledge (PK), pedagogical content knowledge (PCK), technological content knowledge (TCK), technological pedagogical knowledge (TPK) was at a relatively low level. The results showed that Indonesian counselors have not fully integrated learning models using aspects namely technology, pedagogy, and content, and need to get attention from the government, higher education institutions, and the community for the development of quality guidance and counseling services and counselor careers in the future.</span>
