Proceedings of DiSS 2019

Abstract: This year, as before, we have many different approaches to disfluencies. Papers are presented in the field of both fundamental and applied research. A special feature of the 2019 event is the co-located special day focusing on (dis)fluencies in children's speech. The organizers would like to extend their thanks to everyone who helped organize this event, including the Scientific Committee members and, of course, all the contributors. Thanks to ISCA for administrative support.
