Process models and calculation of temperature field in resistance furnaces of silicon carbide production

Abstract: Высокие температуры существенно затрудняют экспериментальное исследование тепломассопереноса в печах для производства карбида кремния. В связи с этим актуальным является ра счетное исследование процессов образования карбида кремния.
