Process optimization for the rapid conversion of calcite into hydroxyapatite microspheres for chromatographic applications

Abstract: Microsphere hydroxyapatite (HAp) is widely used in various biomedical and chromatographic applications. The work described in this manuscript focuses on a dissolution precipitation method for production of HAp microspheres.
