Processamento Aplicado à Sísmica de Alta Resolução. Estudo de Caso - Baía de Guanabara – RJ

Abstract

In this work we introduce a processing flow for monochannel high resolution seismic data from Guanabara Bay. Usually high resolution seismic data is interpreted in its raw format and the development of a processing flow is rarely found in the literature. The results show the efficiency of processing, mainly in the attenuation of noise and in the greater lateral continuity of reflectors, thereby increasing the quality of the seismic image and allowing a better interpretation of the Quaternary sedimentary deposits.
