Processes of Mirishkor channel using GIS technologies

Abstract: In this article, were studied sediments in the Mirishkor main canal. Were identified erosion processes resulting from water movement in the main canal with using GIS. Sediment layers in the canal water flow were identified as factors influencing the flow of the sediment through the ArcGIS 9.3 program. One of the main obstacles in the main canals is the analysis of the results of the deposition of suspended particles in the water at the bottom of the canals using geoinformation systems. The dependence of suspen… Show more

“…In cases where the calculation of this parameter is complicated, it is proposed to use an empirical expression based on the correlation of the basin height (Z) with (figure 2): Calculation of point heights ( ). Using a topographic map, we will focus on some engineering problems in the calculation of elevations and their solutions [6]:…”

“…It should be noted that it is difficult to determine the value of the average speed of the flow, which is important in the formation of a solid section, in natural conditions. Since the strength of the channel section is the main factor for the reliable use of the channel, it is necessary to follow the following requirements when designing the channels: the channel should not be washed and not muddy, the overall strength of the cross section should be ensured, the channel bed should be able to pass a high amount of water, and the minimum filtration consumption should be achieved from the channel bed [16,17,18].…”

“…Deformation of the trunk can be directional and seasonal. For directed deformation, the change of the shape or state of the root is the same over time, that is, constant, and the second is seasonal -the change of the shape of the root and the relief of the root is repeated over time [7,8,9].…”

“…Unfortunately, in all seasons of the year, water is distributed unevenly; in some climatic conditions, there is a shortage of water when the need for it increases, and there is even a need to reuse collector-trench water. This, in turn, leads to a further increase in the level of salinity of the land, and as a result, the harvest of crops and the growth process slows down for a while, and it is observed that the expected harvest is not collected [1,2]. To solve these problems, it is necessary to develop environmentally and economically acceptable technologies to reuse collector trench waters in water-deficient areas by reducing water mineralization using new innovative technologies [3,4].…”
