Abstract: Introducción. Las lacasas (E.C. 1.10.3.2) son enzimas oxidoreductasas multicobre de gran importancia e interés biotecnológico, debido a su alto potencial oxidativo y a que durante la catálisis generan H₂O en lugar de H2O2. Las lacasas son útiles para remover (a través de la decoloración) colorantes sintéticos, oxidar compuestos fenólicos y degradar pesticidas, entre otros.
