Production and functional characteristics of exopolysaccharide by Lactobacillus plantarum co-cultivation with Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Abstract: Exopolysaccharides (EPS) are well-known biopolymers secreted by several lactic acid bacteria with combination of various strains.
