Production, characterization, and evaluation of the stability of biodiesel obtained from greasy agroindustrial waste during storage

Abstract: Greasy agroindustrial waste from the process of cooking hog meat was used to produce biodiesel (fatty acid methyl esters and fatty acid ethyl esters) under a specific storage condition. The operating conditions necessary to achieve the optimal relationship between quality and productivity were assessed.
