Production of L-asparaginase by Aspergillus niveus under solid-state fermentation using agroindustrial byproducts

Abstract: <p class="abstract"><strong>Background:</strong> L-asparaginase, produced mainly by microrganisms, cleaves L-asparagine to aspartic acid and ammonia as products.
