Abstract:This study aimed to produce polyclonal antibodies of human follicle-stimulating hormone (anti-hFSH) in order to establish an immunoradiometric assay (IRMA). The anti-hFSH was tested using the prepared 125I-hFSH tracer. The 125I-hFSH tracer was carried out using the lactoperoxidase method, resulting in a radiochemical yield of 87.6% and a specific activity of 136 μCi/μg.
