The specifics of work of the socionomy specialists, their involvement in the socio-psychological support of educational and socialization processes determine the topicality of this research. The aim of the research was to test the effectiveness of coaching technologies in the professional selfdevelopment of specialists in supporting families that have children with special needs. Social workers were surveyed in order to determine their readiness for professional self-development. The author's programme of professional self-development for socionomy specialists was developed based on the survey of respondents. Educational activities, socio-psychological support, adjustment of speech communications and physical activity of children with special needs were the programme components. The research results proved the hypothesis about the appropriateness of applying coaching technologies to promote the professional self-development of socionomy specialists. The implementation of the author's Professional Self-development Programme resulted in an average increase in the respondents' readiness for professional self-development of 11%.

The article reveals the peculiarities of project management usage in the course of master of professional education training. The theoretical aspects of project management as a technology of education transformation are considered. The relevance of using project management in the course of the selected category of specialist training is substantiated. The main advantages of the project approach as a methodological basis for the transformation of professional education, which allows establishing a balance between academic knowledge and practical skills of higher education graduates, have been studied. «Project management» in education is interpreted as a managerial activity of a teacher-manager, aimed at creating favorable conditions for the development and implementation of projects as a specific professional activity oriented toward a short-term goal. Social and cultural design is considered an innovative, creative activity of future teachers of professional education, aimed at identifying the causes of socio-cultural problems, analyzing the actual state of the object, and developing ways and means of achieving the project goal. The key indicators of fluency in project management methods are determined as follows: knowledge of the principles and methods of project management (planning, organization, drawing up execution schedules, control over the implementation of project stages, management of progress to achieve the goal, tracking results); experience in the field of management, namely the application of management skills in creating a team and its activities to achieve the organization goals, taking into account specific conditions. Conclusions have been made that the specified technology provides positive dynamics for the levels of professional competence of higher education seekers, the head of the educational program, and the head of the educational institution. It gives grounds for the assertion that the success and competitiveness of the educational institution can be ensured by using project management methods in the course of training future masters of professional education. This approach will contribute to the innovative development of educational institutions in a constantly changing educational environment.

In the article, taking into account the leading global and Ukrainian trends in the formation of general and professional competencies of the individual, general cultural competence is characterized as key while training specialists in the agricultural sector. The purpose of the research is to reveal, based on the generalization of theoretical foundations, the peculiarities of the content and structure of specialists’ general cultural competence, to substantiate the specifics of the formation of this competence among the graduates of agricultural institutions. It has been proven that general cultural competence, unlike other competencies, has a permanent character. So, if professional competence can be short-term, then key competencies are used by the individual throughout his life, while such competencies help the specialist in acquiring new competencies, which, in turn, allow him to develop and reach new heights of professional development. General human culture and characteristic features of national culture, the foundations of spiritual and moral relations and social phenomena, traditions and the ability to practically apply them in a variety of social relations, ideas about the scientific picture of the world, as well as personality qualities, the presence of experience in the field of development of the agrarian sphere as a cultural educational space. So, if you synthesize all the data of the process of formation of general cultural competence, their components are defined as value self-orientations on the self-assessment of the individual, motivational, and volitional components of the specialist’s competence. Individually, the overall cultural competence of an individual is revealed as professional self-awareness, self-acceptance as a professional in the agricultural industry; permanent self-determination; self-development of professional abilities; self-projection, building one’s professional growth strategy, implementing axiological foundations of one’s professional life, acquiring new qualities, mastering new professionally important abilities, or a continuous change in the structure of professionally crucial socio-cultural features that developed earlier.
