Abstract:The objective of this study is to identify the determinants of the professional mobility of young graduates employed in Côte d'Ivoire. Data from the skills-employment mismatch survey carried out by the Microeconomic Research Centre for Development (CREMIDE) in 2017 with funding from the French Development Agency (AFD) served as a framework for analysis.
