Profil Kasus Artritis Idiopatik Juvenil (AIJ) Berdasarkan Klasifikasi International League Against Rheumatism (ILAR)

Abstract

Latar belakang. Skema yang dibuat oleh American college of rheumatology (ACR) tentang juvenilerheumatoid arthritis dan skema yang dibuat oleh European league against rheumatism (EULAR) tentangjuvenile chronic arthritis, sering dipertentangkan dalam membuat klasifikasi dan kriteria diagnosis.International League Against Rheumatism (ILAR), berupaya untuk mempertemukan ketidaksepahamanini dengan membuat klasifikasi dan kriteria diagnosis artritis idiopatik juvenil (AIJ).Tujuan. Mengetahui proporsi dan profil pasien reumatik anak berdasarkan klasifikasi ILARMetode. Penelitian deskriptif potong lintang dilakukan untuk memperoleh profil pasien AIJ berdasarkankriteria dan klasifikasi ILAR di RSCM. Populasi anak dengan keluhan artritis diambil dari data rekammedis sejak 1 Januari 2001 hingga 31 Desember 2006.Hasil. Penelitian menemukan 71 pasien AIJ (35,9%) dari 198 pasien dengan keluhan utama artritis.Enampuluh delapan pasien merupakan pasien artritis reumatoid juvenil (ARJ) (34,3%), sedangkan 3 pasienditemukan dari pasien artritis juvenil lainnya. Tipe oligoartritis persisten merupakan jenis terbanyak yangditemukan (40,8%).Kesimpulan. Penggunaan klasifikasi dan kriteria diagnosis ILAR pada penelitian ini hanya mampumenangkap tiga pasien (1,6%) yang tidak tertangkap jika menggunakan klasifikasi dan kriteria ACR

Outcome predictors in patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis receiving intraarticular corticosteroid therapy

Correlation of Age, Sex, and Symptoms to Number of Problematic Joints in Children with Idiopathic Juvenile Arthritis
