Profile of Cervical Smears in Andaman and Nicobar Island

Abstract: Background: About one million deaths amongst world's women population are attributed to cancer cervix every year. Pap smear is a widely accepted screening method used to detect potentially precancerous and cancerous processes in the cervix.
