Abstract:Introduction: Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), a chronic hematologic malignancy, is rare in pediatric patients. Studies of the tyrosine kinase inhibitor imatinib are required so that uniform guidelines may focus on disease therapy and follow-up for children.
