Profile of the CRO in Colombia

Abstract: Este artículo analizó el perfil que requiere un gerente de riesgos (CRO, por sus siglas en inglés) en grandes empresas de Colombia a partir del conocimiento de los rasgos, habilidades, aptitudes y conocimientos que son necesarios para lograr un adecuado desempeño, de modo que contribuya a la consecución de objetivos.
