Profiling of anthocyanins in transgenic purple‐fleshed sweet potatoes by HPLC‐MS/MS

Abstract: The transgene Lc significantly increased the content of total anthocyanins and remarkably changed the anthocyanin profiles in Ayamurasaki. Such novel and high content of anthocyanins obtained in the Lc-transgenic lines with potent antioxidant activities may provide unique functional products with potential helpful for human health. © 2017 Society of Chemical Industry.
