Profiling of sulforaphane content in forty‐seven Chinese broccoli germplasms

Abstract: Chinese broccoli [Brassica oleracea var. alboglabra (L. H. Bailey) Musil] is an annual herbaceous healthy vegetable plant mainly cultivated in southern China.
