Abstract:Objectives: Pancreatic cancer (PC) is one of the cancers with the worst prognosis in the world. Despite protooncogenes such as BRCA and PALB2 , effective, inexpensive, and simple methods for predicting the prognosis of patients with metastatic PC are still lacking. We aim to investigate whether mean platelet volume/ platelet (MPV/PLT) and platelet indices such as MPV and plateletcrit (PCT) have a prognostic significance in patients with metastatic PC.
