Abstract: In a prospective multicenter phase III trial (M 39023) advanced stage follicular lymphoma (FL) patients were randomized to receive eight cycles of MCP (mitoxantrone, chlorambucil, prednisolone) chemotherapy alone or in combination with rituximab (R-MCP).
