Programmable Low-Pressure Chromatographic Sub-90 s Assay of Parabens in Cosmetics with Post-Column Chemiluminescence Detection

Abstract: This work describes a new programmable low-pressure chromatography method with post-column chemiluminescence (CL) detection for the rapid and cost-effective determination of four parabens in cosmetic products. Elution of the target analytes was achieved using a programmable mobile phase prepared by implementing a linear solvent gradient protocol based on appropriate flow rate modulation of 2 MilliGAT pumps.
