Programmable temporal transformation via a single dispersive network

Abstract: A programmable method which uses a single dispersive network and which is capable of performing temporal transformation on an input signal is described. Provided it satisfies a set, of time and bandwidth constraints imposed by the dispersive clement, the input signal can be conveniently time-scaled with good waveform fidellt.y.
