Abstract:This presentation will review the state of progress in high accuracy computations such as the method-of-moments solution of integral equations of electromagnetics. The fundamental question to be addressed is: "What is needed in order to obtain solutions of general problems to 'dialable' accuracy?" In other words, what technological advances are required before we can routinely specify, in advance, that we would like a result that is accurate to N decimal places, and reliably obtain such a result? Specific contr… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
