Progress Towards Parity: Female Representation in the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Abstract: Purpose: To report female representation within the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) at all levels of career achievement over 50 years.
