Progressive Skin Depressions in a Child’s Neck

Abstract: A 2-year-old girl who was otherwise healthy presented with a 10-month history of asymptomatic skin depressions in her neck, nape, and submandibular regions. The lesion initially occurred as an erythema in the neck and progressed centrifugally to the nape and submandibular areas.
