Programmable logic controller (PLC) is a microprocessor used to automate industry processes such as controlling a factory's engine. As a candidate in electrical engineering degree must be able to assemble and arrange PLC control program so that later can compete in industrial world. Therefore PLC is one of the compulsory courses that must be pursued. But in learning PLC encountered obstacles that students feel less interested in learning that they need to understand the language of logic, and require them to assemble the series of automation with inadequate equipment, so we think Simulation learning method is a learning method can improve the students' understanding of the situation or problem better. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of simulation learning method on students with high and low creativity level in PLC learning. The method used in this research is an experimental method. Result of this study is simulation learning method can improve learning result of PLC, but not maximal. PLC learning requires real work practices so as to provide accurate knowledge to every student.Based on these conclusions, the suggestion in PLC learning can use a learning method that uses work practices as a learning tool of PLC

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangan pembelajaran daring materi bangun ruang sederhana menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan kearifan lokal kota tomohon, Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan langkah Define, Design, Development. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di prodi PGSD dan subjek uji cobanya pada 6 peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 2 Tomohon. Hasil uji ahli melalui angket, dan nilai hasil belajar diperoleh dari lembar kerja siswa dan tes hasil belajar. Penilaian ranah psikomotor melalui video pembuatan proyek taman mini berbentuk bangun ruang sederhana. Penilaian afektif diperoleh melalui observasi pada aktivitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran baik synchronous dan asynchronous. Berdasarkan hasil uji ahli media dan bahasa diperoleh rata-rata 87,70, dan hasil uji ahli materi diperoleh rata-rata 83,68 dengan kritia layak. Hasil penilaian ranah kognitif menunjukan bahwa 5 peserta didik mengalami ketuntasan dan penilaian psikomotor menunjukan 5 peserta didik mengalami ketuntasan. Hasil penilaian afektif pada setiap aspek tanggung jawab, disiplin dan percaya diri menunjukan kemampuan minimal "cukup". Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk pengembangan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh peneliti layak untuk digunakan

The development of automation has penetrated in various fields including electro. Photocell; Timers; and Temperature Sensors-based control systems (FTS) is systems with performance that can save work time and simplify work through the process of automation. This study aims was to make innovations in practical equipment that can facilitate the learning process of controlling techniques, namely designing FTS-based controller systems. The research method used developing method of the ADDIE model. The research was conducted at the Unima Electrical Engineering Education Laboratory of the Faculty Engineering. The results of the study show that the design of the FTS control system can be used and applied in daily life, such as the needs in the field of agriculture and fisheries, it can also be used as an integrated laboratory learning media in electrical engineering education. This FTS-based controller system design can also improve the understanding of electrical engineering students about controlling techniques.
