Project implementation efficiency: developing natural gas resources of the Western Arctic shelf

Abstract: The article discusses the issue of developing an optimal investment plan aimed at implementing large-scale projects for the production of natural gas in Western Arctic shelf areas. It presents the results of evaluating the economic efficiency of project implementation for two possible taxation scenarios: the one based on the current tax system and the one based on a production sharing agreement (PSA).
