Prolongation of Skin Xenograft Survival with Modified Cultured Fibroblasts

Abstract: Cyclosporine A, one of the most potent immunosuppressive drugs, mediates some of its immunosuppressive and nephrotoxic effects by enhancing transforming growth factor-beta secretion and receptor expression.
