Urticaria vasculitis: estudio retrospectivo de 15 casos

En cuanto a los hallazgos en la IFD se pueden objetivar depósitos lineales o granulares de inmunoglobulinas, complemento o fibrina en la zona de la membrana basal o en el endotelio vascular en un 70% de los casos [16][17][18] . En nuestro estudio solo 3 pacientes (37%) a los que se realizó la IFD presentaron depósitos en la unión dermoepidérmica, 2 de ellos asociaban enfermedad sisté-mica y presentaban niveles bajos de complemento.…”
