Promoting Diversity and Inclusion Awareness Among Students in Higher Education

Abstract

In today's global diverse and interconnected world, inclusion is essential. Since diversity also exist in higher education institutions, these institutions are required to promote diversity and inclusion awareness among students. This research focuses on the importance of promoting diversity and inclusion awareness among students. It revealed the significant positive impact of promoting diversity, as well as inclusion awareness on higher education institutions' efficiency. Furthermore, it found out that promoting diversity and inclusion awareness have a significant positive impact on students in higher education institutions. Moreover, the study revealed the significant positive impact of higher education institutions' efficiency on students. The researcher conducted an online survey to achieve the research objectives. Recommendations are provided for the implementation of the best practices that promote this awareness in higher education institutions.
