Promoting Youth Entrepreneurship: The Role of Mentoring

Abstract: The risks and rewards associated with mentoring young people for entrepreneurship are attracting growing attention among policymakers, development organisations and scholars. This article examines entrepreneurship mentoring relationships from the perspective of young people.
