Abstract:This work aims to develop a protocol for the in vitro propagation of Annona deceptrix (westra) H. Rainer. In
addition, it measures survival in ex-vitro conditions. Nodal shoot segments were used as explants, disinfected
with different NaClO concentrations and exposure times, and then precultured in the Murashige and Skoog
