Propagation of uncertainty in experiment: structures of Ni (II) coordination complexes

Abstract: An approach to investigate XAS data without standard interpolation of experimental data and with minimal loss of information content has been developed. The additional physical insight accorded by the correct propagation of experimental uncertainty has been used to determine newly refined structures for the innermost co-ordination shell of Ni(II) coordination complexes.
