Propenone derivatives inhibit TNF‐α‐ and TNBS‐induced intestinal inflammation in vitro and in vivo

Abstract: In inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), colon epithelial cells increased the expression of a variety of inflammatory mediators, cell adhesion molecules and chemokines.
