“…There is no definitive consensus regarding the ideal timing for CTR implantation. A recent meta-analysis has been conducted by our team ( 72 ), and it was demonstrated that the use of CTR significantly improves the rotational stability of toric IOLs by mitigating the influence of LT. Based on these findings, the co-implantation of CTR is strongly recommended for patients with LT of ≥4.5 mm, WTW of ≥11.6 mm, or high astigmatism.…”
