Properties of YBa2Cu3O7—δ–Pb(Sc0.5Ta0.5O3 Superconducting Composites

Abstract: A microbore flow injection analysis–immobilized enzyme reactor–electrochemical detection (FIA‐IMER‐ECD) system for glucose and lactate detection was built up. The assays were precise, sensitive and practicable for determination of glucose and lactate levels in hypothalamic dialysate. The method had been used to detect the dynamic changes of glucose and lactate levels during rat exhausting swimming and recovery. The data showed that after exhausting swimming, the concentration of glucose in hypothalamic dialysa… Show more

“…The result is the formation of well defined phases and/or of local arrangements at the interfaces, with a redistribution of oxygen atoms for example, which can maintain the superconducting character of the samples, as the susceptibility measurements have established. This idea is supported by a parallel and complementary study of magnetically modulated microwave absorption [6] on this type of composite which shows the presence of intergrain weak links and enhancement of intergrain current density (j c = 400 A cm −2 and j c = 1060 A cm −2 for pure YBCO and for # Y BCO = 0.59 respectively).…”

“…In this case, modulation and control of the properties are easy, adjusting the volume fraction of one of the components. A recent study [6] has shown that some ferroelectric-superconducting composites, combining the perovskite Pb 2 ScTaO 6 and YBCO (PST-YBCO), have the property of propagating § To whom the correspondence should be addressed. microwaves which are, in contrast, fully reflected by the bulk superconductor [7].…”
