Show more

“…The results of our study suggest an adequate level of internal consistency, given that Cronbach’s Alpha ranges from .695 to .868 (Sijtsma, 2009 ) (Table 1 ). The psychometric properties of the scale confirm the factor structure of the original questionnaire composed of 36 items and its six factors ( χ 2 /gl = 3.67, CFI = .937, NNFI = .890, RMSEA = .056) and a very high internal consistency ( α = .938) (Portela-Pino et al, 2022 ).…”

“…The answers were given via a Likert scale with four alternatives: hardly ever, sometimes, often and almost always. The reliability of the leadership factor on the scale is 0.887, similar to other studies (Al-Alawneh et al , 2011; Brungardt, 2009; De Prada Creo et al , 2021; Ilias et al , 2012; Portela-Pino et al , 2022). On the other hand, participants were asked whether they had carried out any leadership courses.…”

“…(2) In a previous study in the Spanish context, the instrument had undergone validity and internal consistency analyses. The results ratify the factorial structure of the original questionnaire made up of 36 items and their six factors (χ 2 /degree of freedom = 3.67, comparative fit index = 0.937, non-normed fit index= 0.890, root mean square error of approximation= 0.056), (Portela-Pino et al , 2022). The answers were given via a Likert scale with four alternatives: hardly ever, sometimes, often and almost always.…”

“…The first is an ad hoc questionnaire with demographic and academic information and included a self-assessment of their perceived creativity. The second is the Teamwork Skills Questionnaire (TSQ) proposed and verified by O'Neil et al (1999) [27], which has recently been validated in Spain by Portela Pino, Domínguez Alonso and Pino Juste (2021) [28]. All measures were coded so that high values indicate strong habits in terms of the skills a person should possess to be effective during teamwork and lower values the opposite.…”
