Proposal of Rationalized Assessment Procedure for Buckling of Thin-Walled Cylindrical Tanks

Abstract: As for thin walled cylindrical liquid storage tanks in nuclear power plants, the current elastic design guideline against seismic loading might result in too conservative component design.
