Proposals for a trial marriage between primary and secondary health care in one or two districts in Inner London

Abstract: recruits to general practice. It would be imprudent to plan this training arrangement for an excessive number when the availability of principal posts is governed by replacement needs and a possible 10% expansion and is not to be augmented by a reduction in list size or the introduction of a retirement age.
