We present a nanoengineered system for sustained and prolonged delivery of protein therapeutics, which has the potential to impact current orthopedic regeneration strategies. Specifically, we introduce two-dimensional nanosilicates with a high surface area and charged characteristics for delivery of active proteins for more than 30 days. The nanosilicates show high binding efficacy without altering the protein conformation and bioactivity. The released proteins are able to maintain high activity as demonstrated by enhanced differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells at 10-fold lower concentration compared to the exogenous control. Utilizing the nanosilicates as a delivery vehicle could minimize the negative side effects observed because of the use of supraphysiological dosages of protein therapeutics for orthopedic regeneration strategies.

Over the past few decades there have been frequent terrorist attacks around the world including India. This article describes Terrorist Network Mining and problems faced during studying such networks. A major challenge faced by the law enforcement agencies is the large crime "raw" data volumes and the lack of sophisticated network analysis tools and techniques to utilize the data effectively and efficiently. This article states different data collection techniques used for terrorist networks. The major challenge is the development of the optimal noise reduction algorithm which will help in creating accurate linkage map of terrorist network without the loss of any key player node. This article successfully lists the factors that can be taken under consideration during generation of optimal noise reduction algorithm for Terrorist Web Mining. Once the accurate linkage map is generated the identification and removal of the key player for the destabilization of terrorist networks will become lot easier.

Nowadays world is flooded with the digital data as well as with different types of search services but none of the search service gives the complete view of internet data. Moreover there is scarcity of the Meta Crawlers that are application specific. This paper presents architectural design of Meta crawler designed especially for Terrorist Web Mining. This architectural design is use to create an effective Meta crawling service that span across search engines. Meta crawler collates the search results of multiple search engines to fetch the terrorist Networks related information. Search results from single search engine may prove insufficient and spamming affected hence there is need for Meta Crawler which filters the results aggregated. Meta Crawler proposed in this paper has a multithreaded architecture hence this Terrorist Meta Crawler design have advantages like performance efficiency and scalability. This architecture can be used to designed a terrorist network related dynamic Meta Crawler.
