Abstract: (1) Background: Sacrocolpopexy (SCP) with subtotal hysterectomy (SH) is a standard procedure for the treatment of utero-vaginal prolapse. Several disadvantages are associated with the remaining cervix; therefor, SCP with total hysterectomy (TH) may be preferred.
