Abstract:Doxifluridine (5’dFUR) is a new fluropyrimidine derivative with significant antitumor activity in animal models. Preliminary studies with bolus injections, one, six hours and continous infusion, have indicated that doxifluridine is active in a variety of refractory tumors.
