Prostacyclin's, Pulmonary Hypertension, and End of Life Care

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a disease characterized by high pressures within the pulmonary arteries leading to right sided heart failure and often premature death [1].
