Prostatic lesions: A retrospective study of Turp Specimen

Abstract: Introduction: The term "prostate" is originally derived from the Greek word "prohistani", meaning "to stand in front of" [1]. It is one of the most commonly affected organs in elderly males,so early detection and management is required.
