Abstract: Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) often recurs aggressively and metastasizes despite surgery and adjuvant therapy, driven by postoperative residual cancer cells near the primary tumor site. An implantable in situ vaccine hydrogel was designed to target residual OSCC cells post‐tumor removal.
